Get to know the Role:
This role is to interact with Grab Partner in offline community activities. Maintaining the relation among all communities will be the main focus of this role.
The day-to-day activities:
- Make relationship with the partner, listening to their input and give drivers evaluation
- Satisfy partners by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- To handle problem/issue arise from Captain and promptly respond by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Make a routine community event every weeks
The must haves:
- Min. Diploma Degree in Communication, or any related field
- 2+ years related working experience in community area
- Have knowledge of customer service principle and practices
- Creative and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Can work underpressure, professional
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proactive and team player
- Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
