Nhân Viên Thu Mua (Private Brand)

1. Support Merchandiser to proposal new product for development
- Analysis sales, research & evaluate market to identify customer’s needs to make plan for product development.
- Survey Private Brand of competitor about assortment, price, promotion.
- Searching potential factories for developing products
- Follow up develop progress with other partners.

2. Management document and correctiive action from all factories of dept in charge to ensure factory invaid.
- Follow up develop progress with other partners.
- Follow up to ensure supplier has no expired audit date.

3. Follow sale, stock, picking and report
- Follow up sales & stock of Private brand with Merchadiser incharge
- Support other department for Private Brand event.
- Other tasks or project as asigned.

4. Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

1. Bachelor/College degree in Food/Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications

2. At least 2-3 year of professional experience in department store or retail industry management.

• Show the passion of the merchandise career
• Customer-focused/ Customer Oriented mind set
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
• Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong analytical ability and Good in data / figures
