1. EXPORT FINISHED HIDE TO OVERSEA BY SEA & AIR:

• Receive booking request from CS by email.

• Request booking with forwarder with the best price base on CS' request (Destination port, ETD, Quantity, Special request).

• Follow and check booking, Receiving and checking DO, Shipping Instruction and Pre-Packing List from CS.

• Checking with warehouse and systems to make sure that all goods received in warehouse, picking and issue Packing list.

• Send Packing List to CS and request Finance to issue Proforma Invoice and criteria in to apply customs.

• Send all documents ,Prepare and provide documents as below to loading

• Inform to trucking company about quantity/booking to pick up empty container.

• Next day morning, follow with Truck Company to provide container no., seal no., max gross, tare weight to DNQB to apply for customs.

• Receive and check Gate pass, Original VGM from DNQB, then give together with seal to truck driver. Send packing list and estimate cost for finance to issue final Invoice.

• Receive document, Provide detail of goods, Provide the final BOL, CER to CS once available.

2: CONTROLLING FINISHED WAREHOUSE:

• Manage goods in warehouse (move in and move out) in physical and systems, included:

• Prepare pallets,Follow upload/offload goods into truck/container

• Communicate with CS for the physically of goods in warehouse (DIM, packing method, wrong information…)

• Making monthly, weekly, daily reports

·         Work experience as a Logistics coordinator, Logistics administrator or similar role would be an advantage

·         Good knowledge of import/export working methods would be an advantage

.         Can communicate by English
