• Develop recruitment plans, post job advertisements, screen candidate profiles.
• Carry out procedures related to recruitment, sign labor contracts.
• Manage employee records, update information and archive documents.
• Participate in developing and implementing training and human resource development programs.
• Calculate salaries, handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, personal income tax.
• Monitor the performance of employees at each store and report to the board of directors
• Manage documents, materials, and records related to human resources.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the company.
• Collect and analyze human resource data for reporting and evaluation.
• Propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of human resource management.
