New Product Development & Project Coordinator

1. Project management 

E2E project management for AW change, packsize change, formulation change, process improvement, new product development

Prepare project network along with all the stakeholders (Marketing, R&D Formulation, R&D Packaging, Planning, Procurement and Business Finance) involving all the steps 

Tracking of project network to highlight changes/deviations and come up with solutions to ensure delivery of agreed results 

Coordinate project network meetings.

Focus on continuous improvement for efficiency and simplification.

2. Project Planning

Set project timeline-deliverables and collaborate/influence co-worker/projects member to achieve desired results

Evaluate project timeline and propose action plan to meet deadline.

Generate and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports.

Focus on planning to avoid write off in transition projects

• BA, BSc with major in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistic or any

• Minimum 2 year-experience in project management or planning  

• Good excel (pivot & macro), PowerPoint & MS project skills.   

• Excellent project management skills  (MS Project/Trello/SAP PLM etc)

• Understanding of E2E SC operations & Regulatory Guideline is an advantage  

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills  

• Collaboration and networking  

• Solution mindset
