Get to know the role:
Merchant & Supply Senior Associate will be responsible to oversee the planning, strategizing and execution of strategies and initiatives to continuously improve performance and productivity from drivers and merchants
The day-to-day activities:
Formulate and execute the overall strategy for “winning the merchant”
Identify future overall operations in GrabFood drivers and merchant side
Support Head of Strategic Planning & Analysis to finding ways and initiatives to balance supply & demand
Develop strategy and initiatives to increase GrabFood order performance
Execute experiments on how to improve, engage, and retain drivers. Do data-driven analysis to understand driver behavior, and work side-by-side with Economist team, Product to build new product features
Analyze and monitor incentive, commission and promo performance to GrabFood order performance
Work closely with GrabFood operations, city and transport operations team to develop initiatives to boost merchant & driver performance for GrabFood
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree or in any field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Strong communication abilities (Proficient in English)
Good analytical skills with ability to develop comprehensive and insightful analysis
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
