Get to know the Role:

The role will require the candidate to break down operational issues and use data-driven decisions to drive the business forward. This highly-collaborative role offers breadth as it cuts across teams and will involve data analysis and application with a focus on process building and implementation. You will play a critical part in ensuring that the content and revenue and collection teams are optimised as the business continues to grow.



The day-to-day activities:

  • Provide operational support for merchant content and revenue and collection (optimising metrics, structuring issues and identifying solutions, building efficient processes, advising on implementation, leading actual execution)

  • Decide on and be responsible for relevant OKRs, which may be shared across teams (# of Daily Trips, # of Online Merchants, % of Menu Items with Photos, Collection Rate, etc.)

  • Track performance at overall and city-level vs. target and vs. prior months

  • Lead content team to ensure the quick and accurate turnaround of merchant information updates and partner conversion requests as well as support geo and time-based expansion efforts

  • Manage revenue and collection team to achieve high collection rates, provide accurate tracking and reporting, and help settle collection disputes

  • Help out with merchant-side product and feature rollouts

  • Help merchant team across other analyses and requests to support business growth

  • Help on any special projects or key focus areas




The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with a strong academic track record

  • Can effectively communicate in English and Filipino

  • At least 3 to 4 years total work experience

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required

  • Competent in quantitative analyses and problem-solving

  • Able to make key business decisions and provide rigorous, data-driven recommendations

  • Comfortable working in a semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently

  • A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo

  • Good interpersonal skills and can work with people at all levels with the ability to motivate and empower

  • Experience in strategy, consulting, and entrepreneurship is a plus
