1. Campaign Planning:
Build overall campaign plans (timeline, content theme, media touchpoints, KPIs)
Define content pillars based on objective: Awareness / Engagement / Conversion
2. Team Briefing & Coordination:
Brief and manage content creators + video editors to ensure delivery meets creative and business goals
Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
3. Internal Content Collaboration
Plan and allocate budget across KOL bookings, short video production, livestream, ads
Ensure each activity aligns with campaign goals and phase (e.g. pre-launch, peak sale, post-sale)
4. Performance Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing Executive to track campaign performance (CTR, CPS, ROAS)
Summarize campaign performance and suggest improvements for next phase
