JOB DESCRIPTION
You are highly active and dynamic recruiter, in charge all of recruitment activities which include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment planning
- Conduct regular follow-up with Project Lead/team leads to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Recruitment and selection
- Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions on time as projects plans
- Coordinate with Project Lead to compose/ review job description and job requirement for all positions
- Build applicant database by utilizing recruitment channels
- Contact to build the relationship with job center, province community, colleges, vocational school, and university to support mass recruitment
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Proactively improve the current recruitment, on/off boarding, rotation process and Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies/practices
- Perform onboarding, orientation, office tours for all newcomers
- Actively involved in other initiatives of Talent Acquisition projects
Employee exit process
- Conduct exit interview with employee and fulfill termination process
Management tasks
- Lead to make essential analyzing reports to support recruitment efficiency
- Manage weekly headcount data report, contract and newcomers profile
- Manage devices & other administration tasks for department.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years working experience in Recruitment areas, especially to hire mass recruitment to serve for projects
- Good at communications skill & presentation skill, using internet sources for candidate sourcing
- Can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility
- Comfortable to communicate in English
- Good teamwork skills and time management in running mass recruitment
