•Market/consumer interest and understanding of trends, establishment of hypotheses on business issues and driving work force

•Expertise in commercialization, independent execution of the entire product development process, go-to-market strategy development, and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) analysis

•Experience in communication and collaboration with V/C (Value Chain), relevant departments, and regional teams
