Strategic Media Planning: To combine creative thinking with factual analysis to develop appropriate media strategies to ensure that campaigns reach target audiences as effectively as possible.
Environment Knowledge: Apply the knowledge of media and communication platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums for building awareness. Knowledgeable in ATL Media environment especially on Newspaper, Magazine, Outdoor, Billboard, Television, Radio and etc.
Research and Data: Understanding and analyze current consumer research report to develop strategic media plan including Identifying target audiences and analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits complementing the marketing programs.
Presentation: Prepare an in-depth proposal with factual analysis including cost schedules, to country marketing head in achieving business objective.
Liaise with Media Agency and Media Owner.
Ensure adherence to operating budget of Country Marketing
Working seamlessly with Peers
The must haves:
Degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration
Expert knowledge of media planning and buying industry
Should have been in a leadership role for at least 3-4 years
Should have experience in media / advertising or related industry for at least 2 – 3 years
