We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager is to focus on hands-on execution of marketing strategies defined by the CMO, covering both performance marketing and brand-building initiatives across Buymed and Circa. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns that drive measurable results. We are looking for a doer – someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done, not just create strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and implement marketing strategies as directed by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), covering both performance and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee brand marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with target customer segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with in-house teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the pharmacy, health tech, e-commerce, and digital marketing sectors.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation in accordance with corporate objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, preference candidates who are foreign educated.
  • Proven, hands-on execution experience, must be willing to directly implement campaigns, not just strategize.
  • Experience from marketing agencies, e-commerce companies, or digital-first environments strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
