1/ Responsible for integrated marketing and communications of BO brands in the Vietnam market. Work closely with PR, KOL, social media, operations, and other teams; organize internal and external resources; and drive the execution and implementation of brand/marketing plans.
2/ Based on brand strategy and local market/consumer insights as well as competitor analysis, identify opportunities and develop Vietnam’s national digital communication strategy and annual campaigns. Take on full project manager responsibilities, overseeing multi-dimensional market modules at the national level, including but not limited to goal setting, demand collection and filtering, solution planning, resource integration, project execution monitoring and delivery, and project review.
3/ Manage daily operations of national social media accounts, and plan UGC-driven campaigns to increase follower engagement. Collaborate with the design department to produce creative content.
4/ Develop localized media mix strategies in line with the objectives of integrated marketing, brand positioning, and media environment. Implement based on actual business conditions and conduct effectiveness reviews.
5/ Maintain relationships with local media/KOLs and expand connections with key national media outlets, including both traditional and new media.
6/ Oversee national annual marketing budgets and manage the local execution team.
