Marketing Executive

MJ Art Group Co., Ltd. is currently the owner of BIDU, an e-commerce platform specializing in fashion and beauty. With a mission to elevate the standards of fashion and beauty shopping in Vietnam, we have created a reliable and standardized platform that ensures quality and suitability for both buyers and sellers, meeting the diverse clothing needs of each individual.

With the aim of expanding our team, BIDU is looking for young talents with a passion for the fashion industry, a drive for creativity, and a commitment to advancing the BIDU brand and connecting it more closely with consumers.

SNS content creator [Daily]

• Build and maintain a content schedule (text & video) on SNS platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) in line with the content strategy: 15-20 posts per week.
• Write B'LOOK content: 3 blogs per week.
• Update social media accounts and respond to client/user messages.
• Allocate content pillars in alignment with branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Design team to create images, social posts, visual displays, and videos.
• Brainstorm ideas for marketing plans.
• Delegate design briefs to members of the Graphics Design team.

In-app contents

• Create, set up, and update in-app push notifications.
• Manage in-app banner content.

Digital ads

• Prepare content for digital ads (Google, Meta Pixel, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Digital Ads agency to track ad performance.

Promotion

• Execute monthly promotion plans, including system setup and obtaining permissions from the Commerce Department.
• Communicate promotional information to other departments.

Offline events & other actitvities

• Execute and coordinate preparations for offline events.
• Prepare presentations for speakers, if needed.
• Organize mini-games to recruit users.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
• Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Creative Thinking: The ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and creative content.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Experience: From under 1 year of experience in a similar position. Experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
