1. Content & Digital Marketing (60%) – Revised
Plan and propose content schedules for website, SEO blogs, and social media channels (LinkedIn & Facebook), aligned with directions and priorities set by the Marketing Manager
Execute approved content plans, including:
Website content (product pages, landing pages, solution pages)
SEO blog articles based on defined topics and keywords
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for review and approval before publishing
Monitor and track content performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and prepare performance updates when required
Proactively suggest improvements to content quality, structure, or formats based on performance data
2. Lead Management & Marketing Channels (10%)
Manage Zalo OA and other assigned marketing channels to support lead generation
Collect, organize, and report qualified leads to the sales team
Support follow-up activities under the Marketing Manager’s guidance
3. Marketing Execution & Manager Support (20%)
Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing activities, including:
Seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and marketing events
Email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp (pre-event invitations and post-event follow-ups)
Assist in preparing and editing marketing materials such as:
Company profile
Company presentations
Project and solution proposals
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to ensure smooth execution
4. Internal Communications (10%)
Support internal communication activities in coordination with HR, including:
New employee onboarding
Birthday celebrations
Team-building activities
Company trips and internal events
Working Style & Expectations
All tasks are executed under the guidance, strategy, and planning of the Marketing Manager
The Marketing Executive is responsible for:
Planning detailed content schedules
Executing tasks proactively after approval
Strong expectations on:
Asking questions early instead of waiting to be reminded
Taking ownership of timelines and deliverables
Using time effectively to learn, improve, and upgrade skills, not just complete assigned work
This role values attitude, responsibility, and initiative as much as execution quality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (reading and writing)
Interest in technology, engineering, or industrial products
Results-oriented, proactive, and responsible
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Fast learner with good adaptability in a dynamic B2B environment
Nice to Have (A Plus If You Have):
At least 6 months of experience in content marketing, SEO, or copywriting
Basic knowledge of technology, engineering, or manufacturing industries
Experience with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
