As Marketing Assistant Manager Payments Grab, you will be responsible for growing consumer for the company brand, increasing brand awareness, consideration, preference or loyalty all with a view to making the company business more price inelastic and adding margins to the bottom line through scalable brand marketing programs. The team will be responsible in providing Payment Marketing Direction and Strategy, collaborate with internal teams leveraging Marketing Automation Tools such as LeanPlum and Top of the Line advertising across Google and Social Media platforms also offline media (events, collateral)
The day-to-day activities:
Support and manage the development and planning of the marketing strategy in order to achieve the targets
Drive forward the value proposition, positioning, and branding for payments side that is compelling for consumers and merchants alike
Drive go-to-market strategy for payment’s growth throughout Indonesia
Manage reporting and analysis across payment campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach
Leverage insights around different payments use cases to drive a compelling communications narrative for payment
Build messaging narratives and acquisition strategies for bringing both consumers and merchants into the payment ecosystem
Put in place customer-centric and behavioural-based marketing programs that drive frequency and retention for payment users
Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to drive further insight into how consumers are using our payment platform
Lead and develop digital online marketing strategies
Work closely with our marketing team in Indonesia to leverage any purchases done by consumer to digital payment transaction volume and frequency
The must haves:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management of Marketing/Entrepreneurship
At least 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
Proven experience delivering bottom line results with effective marketing
Independent thinker who can drive their own vision for a product’s positioning, value proposition and go-to-market strategy
All-round marketer who is equally comfortable with analyzing transaction growth as they are judging creative work
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
A strong knowledge of marketing practices
Fluency and ability to write in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Proficiency in using Office tools; such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Good leadership skills
