Manufacturing Engineer

• Support daily operations and improvements of SMT, UF, and De-flux processes to enhance productivity and product quality.

• Monitor and control Q-time throughout the production line and at individual workstations.

• Assist in preparing, updating, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Operating Instructions (MOIs).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and process transfers.

• Track process performance, conduct root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.

• Participate in yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives through process optimization.

• Provide technical support and basic training for production operators.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with SMT processes is an advantage.

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.

• Good communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork abilities.
