Get to know our Team:

  • We’re looking for a Market Research and Insights Manager to join our Regional Marketing team as we are experiencing tremendous growth across the region.


Get to know the Role:

  • Understand business needs and work objectives from various stakeholders within Grab and launch relevant research studies to further answer business needs.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Launch relevant research studies to further answer business needs which include end to end project management from questionnaire design to analysis and report writing.
  • For studies launched externally, manage research agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • For studies launched internally, to script the questionnaire via internal survey tool, select the right channel to target respondent and manage responses to complete fieldwork efficiently.
  • Analyze relevant data sets and propose actionable activities that would support necessary reporting, decision-making and marketing campaign planning process.
  • Work well and support Marketing team requirements in terms of data analytics and numbers reporting.

The must haves:

  • Bachelor degree preferably with a focus on Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics with interest in Marketing.
  • At least 7 years of experience in market research.
  • Strong problem definition and solution skills, combined with an intellectual curiosity and love of learning.
  • Advance working experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Good oral & written communication skills in English.
  • Strong relationship building & interpersonal skills.
