Get to know the Role:
As Manager, New Services, you are part of the GrabFood Customer Success Team that focuses on improving our users’ benefit on our platform. Particularly, you will focus on our restaurant partners, and be responsible for developing and incubating new services that generate additional value for them. The scope of the role is regional, a large portion of your time will be spent traveling to markets to better understand local needs and to execute high-impact rollouts.
The day-to-day activities:
Develop business cases for Value-Added Services within GrabFood, targeted at increasing restaurant partners’ NPS (Net Promoter Score), retention, loyalty and LTV (Lifetime Value) with Grab.
Assess and identify opportunities from customer insights, business drivers, market trends, user feedback, competitive environment and operating metrics
Design, prototype, pilot and incubate new Value-Added Services
Define the Go-to-market plan that will launch and scale the new offering in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. Sales, AM, BD and Restaurant Engagement/ Outreach, Product, Marketing, Legal to implement the service
Continually monitor and iterate the Services based on feedback, increase the adoption of Value Added Services.
The must haves:
6+ years experience in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor in business, finance, economics or related fields
Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong business acumen and creative problem solving skills, love to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Highly empathetic for people and users, possess strong analytical skills and makes well-informed, data driven decisions
Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects
Enjoy working with different stakeholders externally and internally, you are not only a great team player, you are a great communicator who can influence others
Prior experience in Tech, E-commerce, SaaS, B2b environment, operating within Southeast Asia is a plus but not mandatory.
