Get to know the Role:

  • Develop short and long-term loyalty programme strategy to increase customer satisfaction and drive incremental spend.
  • Plan the earn and burn of loyalty reward points.
  • Provide insights to drive the direction of reward offerings to ensure relevancy to customer needs and wants.
  • Work closely within the marketing and business development team to onboard and maintain close working relationship with external programme partners.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Drive and plan Go-To-Market strategy for loyalty campaigns.
  • Monitor and report loyalty programme effectiveness for events, redemptions, offerings, campaigns and partner feedback.
  • Forecast and manage budget for loyalty programme spend.
  • Work closely with external partners (businesses)and Grab passengers.
  • Involve with budget management for loyalty program.
  • Work well with Marketing and Business Development team to manage external partners.
  • Work with Creative team for briefs and marketing communications requirements.


The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising & Promotion or Business Admin.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
  • Min. 5 years of loyalty rewards program experience.
  • Campaign planning and account management experience would be an added advantage.
  • Fluent at English
