Get to know the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned B2B marketer to be part of the Regional GrabPay marketing organisation. GrabPay Marketing is a new team that is responsible driving adoption of GrabPay amongst merchants - large and small - across Southeast Asia. This team will develop the integrated marketing strategies across the merchant lifecycle, from acquisition, onboarding and growth .
The day-to-day activities:
Functional
Drive the marketing strategy for acquiring and growing merchant’s acceptance of GrabPay across Southeast Asia, working in partnership with Business Development & Sales, as well as Country Marketing teams.
Own the GrabPay Merchant Communication Strategy - both online / offline.
Devise data-driven strategies to support GrabPay growth in merchants
Customer
You will focus on serving our merchant customers. They are the backbone of our business. You will act as the merchant advocate within the GrabPay organization – cutting across product, sales and marketing functions to develop integrated merchant programs to enable the growth of GrabPay
Work with consumer marketing teams to ensure the right merchants are included as part of any broad-based consumer activation
Financial
Analyze GrabPay Business Measures and use them to inform your planning and marketing strategies for merchants
The must haves:
You know your customer: you have experience working in SME/B2B marketing - particularly in digital marketing / merchant lifecycle marketing.
You are commercially focussed, with a creative flair: You are a commercially minded marketer who understands how to tie commercial objectives with marketing plans
You are a Problem Solver at heart: You are comfortable with a fast paced environment with a proven ability to structure problems
You are results focussed: We know that marketers can work on a variety of projects, products and companies. We don't mind what you worked on, what we look for are the results you brought with it.
You understand our market: Have you experience working in Southeast Asia or have experience working in B2B & SME marketing.
Demonstrates ability to think strategically with executional experience
