Manage the accounting function of the company, encompassing timely and accurate generation of financial statements, and hands on supervision of general ledger accounts reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with group reporting, local statutory (PSAK) and international (IFRS) accounting standards. Roll out and implement new accounting standards.
Conduct overhead analytical review, capital expenditures monitoring, and support cash flow forecasting. Prepare recommendations to business partner and companies management.
Lead relevant translation of business requirement to efficient financial process.
Lead execution of internal, interim and external year end audit processes.
Support the preparation of statutory and legally required financial reporting by Treasury and Tax functions.
Main liaison and representatives between internal and external business partners, and Financial Control function.
The must haves:
Minimum 3 years at Managerial role in Accounting function-
Knowledgeable of PSAK and IFRS rules
Knowledgeable of tax rules and regulations
Familiar with banking transactions and instruments
No specific industry is a must, however, background in transportation is a plus
Experience in large ERP environment, with Oracle as a plus
Strong exposure in Business Partnering with business and operations
Analytical minded and ability to have hands on involvement
Well composed with good communication skills, and able to well converse in English, verbal and written
