The day-to-day activities:
- Running, manage, and control all day to day operations in workshop station, inside or outside company facilities
- Monitor vehicle quality before operation, during operation, or stored in warehouse/pool
- Monitor all accident and insurance claim and manage if any related 3rd party involved
- Validate the number of vehicle is according with what is recorded in the system and make sure its accurate
- Take care of all vehicles to be ready for operation process
- Monitors all day to day operations for vehicle maintenance and whichever related to supporting 3rd party or vendor performance
- Liaise with another department to release ready unit at the soonest
- Attain lowest cost and maintain quality and lead time delivery (readiness and cleanliness) for the vehicle maintenance
The must haves:
- Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering, automotive or management
- Minimum 6- 8 years of experience in similar position
- Experience as Head of Fleet Management or Pool/Workshops Maintenance for at least 5 years
- Have leadership and integrity
- Have sense of vehicle quality and its required standards
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to speak in English
- Preferably has experience working in car rental, or taxi business to manage pool or fleet
