Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible to provide support and checking fleet engine to ensure all our fleets are performing to their very best standards. Help minimize the lead time repair and un-utilized unit in Body Paint workshop, and insurance.
The day-to-day activities:
- Check the condition of the unit completely, especially with the engine
- Make the Technical Service Report to investigate the root cause of the damage car
- Coordination with business partner (dealer, business process outsource) to repairing car.
- Daily update dan monitor progress unit maintenance and swap car which in dealer or third party workshop
- Solving Voice of Customer which deals with vehicle repair
- Provide direction to customers related to vehicle repair
- Estimate cost of repair of car
- Capable to propose alternate solution to reduce cost, lead time and process
- Schedule regular maintenance for customer
The must haves:
- Has minimum experience as Body repair Senior Service advisor or workshop head/deputy in dealer, preferable in workshop body paint or Pool head car rental
- Minimum experienced working in automotive industry i.e car rent or taxi pool or dealer more than 7 years is preferred
- Strong technical skills, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Has a driving license (SIM A) and know how to drive properly
- Familiar with Ms. office (excel and word), can using function v lookup, if, pivot
- Minimum diploma degree, preferably from automotive or STM with more than 7 years experience in dealer, car rental or taxi pool
- Good understanding in data administration
- Minimum certification training Toyota step 2 plus diagnostic (pro technician)
- Minimum certification training Service Advisor team 21 or equal
- Good knowledge about workshop and after sales administration process
- Familiar with the body part, spare part catalogue, price of part, labor of maintenance, standard technic
- Familiar with part and tire source and level (Genuine, OEM,interchange class)
- Good in Bahasa
