Provide relevant and timely information via daily logistics reporting. Highlight key indicators that would have an impact on the business.
Manage and clear daily logistics backlogs, i.e. ensuring orders are delivered on time
Coordinate with customer support/ internal department and business development teams on logistics related enquiries.
Act as the focal point of contact with the technical team for logistics channel integrations
Document logistic processes and FAQs and work on continuous process improvement.
University bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
1-2 years of international logistics/eCommerce operations
Have experienced in building operation process, 5S trained
Excellent English and Chinese
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Self-motivated and hard working. Determined and able to convince others. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
