Licensing Manager

The day-to-day activities:

-Functional

• -To research and understand what are the various licenses required to operate a F&B business in the different geographies (build permit, operating permit, environmental permit)

  - To prepare and submit relevant documents, ensuring full regulatory compliances

  - To obtain the necessary licenses, and extend them if necessary, in a timely manner so that business operations can run smoothly

  - To work with the facilities management team in defining regulatories and ensuring compliance by any parties involved in the kitchen operations (staff, merchants etc)

  People

  - To eventually lead a team that handles the administrative tasks involved in obtaining the required licenses

  - To be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements can and will be fulfilled within the predefined timeline

  Financial

  - To ensure all licenses are obtained within the predefined budgets

The must haves:

- 5 years of experience as a licensing manager in a national-level F&B brand

• Obtained licenses in multiple geographies across the country
