Legal Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultation on matters related to e-commerce operations, import/export activities, online and cross-border sales, and various e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing e-commerce, advertising, international trade, consumer protection, and product-specific legal requirements.
• Draft, review, and update contracts, agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, and website/platform legal documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal integrity in all e-commerce and advertising activities.
• Handle disputes and complaints related to e-commerce and advertising operations.
• Monitor legal developments and emerging trends in the e-commerce and advertising sectors; propose appropriate internal policies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Participate in negotiations and discussions regarding partnerships and commercial agreements in the e-commerce and advertising space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with preference for candidates with e-commerce-related background.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, advertising regulations, consumer protection laws, and e-commerce legal frameworks.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
