Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide legal support related to the company’s operations and its overseas subsidiaries (Australia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S., etc.).

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the company’s business activities.

  • Handle administrative procedures related to business licenses and legalization of documents in accordance with the company’s international business operations.

  • Provide legal advice, identify and assess business risks; represent or coordinate with government authorities when necessary.

  • Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial or corporate law, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

  • Experience in international investment and registration procedures.

  • Prior experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Legal Consulting companies is an advantage.

  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Strong research, analytical, and legal interpretation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and positive attitude.
