Mô tả công việc

  • Draft internal legal papers such as memos, resolutions, meeting minutes, and official letters….
  • Review and draft various commercial contracts and legal agreements under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing documents for company changes, including new company setup, capital increase, business line updates, and shareholder changes.
  • Conduct basic legal research and provide administrative support, including organizing files and tracking regulatory updates.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Must be able to work full time, Monday to Friday (09:00 am - 06:00 pm)
  • Internship allowance: VND 4,000,000/month.
  • TOEIC score of 650 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency)
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of contract and corporate law is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
