Mô tả công việc

This role is critical in driving capability-building initiatives, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), and strengthening employee engagement through strategic internal communications.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Learning & Development:

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs across all employee levels, including managers and supervisors.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs, ensuring impactful and engaging delivery.
  • Manage the full training cycle: needs analysis, program design, budgeting, delivery, and post-training evaluation.
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), including administration, course uploads, learner support, and reporting.
  • Develop blended learning solutions, integrating classroom training, e-learning, and game-based learning platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver customized learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Internal Communications:

  • Design and implement integrated internal communication plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Develop multimedia content including newsletters, townhall presentations, briefing kits, infographics, and videos for company-wide initiatives.
  • Support senior leaders with talking points, scripts, and presentations for employee engagement activities.
  • Lead internal campaigns and employee engagement programs to build culture and foster organizational identity.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and provide regular reporting on engagement metrics.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of solid experience in Learning & Development and/or Internal Communications.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with proven experience conducting programs for managers and supervisors.

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Demonstrated expertise in LMS management and e-learning practices.

• Experience in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to measure program impact.

• Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
