Get to know the Role:Relevant Experience range 7-10 years as TPM
Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery
As a TPM you’ll be the bridge between Business, Product, Support and Engineering teams, by working with people from all parts of Grabs online and offline/operational and help the teams to drive quality initiatives within the team
Create and maintain the Delivery Road map for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective Tech and Product leaders
Define the way of driving these programs and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner
Embrace Grab’s culture and principles and promote an environment which embodies Grab’s Principle and Values
Program level oversight
Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones, track and report progress
Work with the Engineers, Design, QA, Tech Support and product teams and solve the impediments faced by the teams
General Project management and tracking/reporting
Continuously find ways to help teams and the organisation improve how it delivers
Push initiatives, increase awareness and drive adoption of Quality
A project delivery or technical leadership background with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Experience in driving quality initiatives within the teams/squads by incorporating the idea of "Preventing bugs is better than finding them”
An understanding of Quality Engineering Principles and processes is important
An understanding of the Agile way of working is essential
A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to not be constrained by your job description
Experience working on Team Collaboration/Project tracking tools like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Trello, Wrike, Gnatt, etc., is a must
Proven track record of getting things done by effective communication and solving impediments faced by the teams
Experience working in a dynamic fast-moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed (to an extent) and also able to juggle between different Projects/tasks
Experience in writing requirements in Gherkin is advantageous, but not essential
