Update orders over lead-time
Cross check COD of 3PLs with those status on TMS
Upload latest status of 3PLs on orders with failed API or unabled going thru API.
Prepare data reports supporting internal/external meetings.
List out issues/mistakes/compensations/claims against over leadtime/deadline commitment failures, and dealing with feedback and finalized results.
Monitor, well control performance of 3pls as backlog management, lead time each of the journey, failed delivery rate, failed delivery reasons, …
