Upload latest status of 3PLs on orders with failed API or unabled going thru API.
Prepare data reports supporting internal/external meetings.
List out issues/mistakes/compensations/claims against over leadtime/deadline commitment failures, and dealing with feedback and finalized results.
Monitor, well control performance of 3pls as backlog management, lead time each of the journey, failed delivery rate, failed delivery reasons, …

Job Requirements

Microsoft Excel operating.
1-2 years over in transport industry, logistics, supply chains, freight management, …
College degree level or higher
Analytical mind , attentive to details.
Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
