Mô tả công việc

  • Review and understand building construction drawings, ensuring alignment with floor plan layouts and furniture placement.
  • Collaborate with design teams to accurately place furniture within room layouts, optimizing space usage and aesthetic appeal, checking space circulation.
  • Read and interpret specifications from hotel and apartment projects, ensuring all furniture elements comply with project requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret furniture blueprints, schematics, and floor plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in carpentry, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD 2D & 3D
  • Strong understanding of building construction drawings, including the ability to review and check floor plan layouts
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication and teamwork abilities.
