Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible in managing day to day administration and daily cashflow for Koperasi including documents preparations, membership documentations and member cashflow.
The day-to-day activities:
- In charge of daily operations administration include monitoring and controlling
- Prepare the establishment of Koperasi
- Create product, SOP, and develop system for Koperasi operational
- Prepare administrative documents related to operations in Koperasi (eg. membership database) and managing membership fee
- Handle internal general affair process and act as office generalist for Koperasi
- Other task associated and ad-hoc with Manager of Cooperative
The must haves:
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma Degree/Bachelor Degree from any field
- 3+ years of experience in administrative work and managing Koperasi especially Simpan Pinjam
- Excellent skills in administration
- Familiar with financial reporting for Koperasi
- Good database and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS. Office especially Ms. Excel
- Good in English bot written and verbal
- A good team player as well as individual contributor
- Self-starter, proactive and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
