Job requirement

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with account to serving as theirprimary point of contact for all business-related matter
  • Achieve the KPI targets (Sales target, doors)
  • Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution of accountstrategies, foster account growth, and identify new account opportunities
  • Establish, manage and negotiate yearly trading terms with accounts in line withannual business plan targets and budget
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with SMD to develop sales fundamental in retail business:distribution, availability, visibility, and promo – activation execution
  • Partner with trade marketing team to create effective and efficient promotioncalendar & BTL activities
  • Partner with finance, operation and supply and demand to follow up operationissue delivery, return, AR and plan forecast
  • Monitor performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks andopportunities and formulate plans to address these
