We are currently looking for experienced Java Developers to influence the direction of Java Development within our organisation. In doing so you will meet the needs of our customers by taking a hands-on approach to current development and projects. To influence others you will need to be comfortable taking a leading role, and be able to articulate your ideas, while also be accepting of ideas from other members of the team.

As a Java Developer you will be an integral part of our established team in a fast-paced development environment. You will be able to influence direction and recommend best practice, as well as be commercially astute with a forward-thinking attitude to best service the demands of our rapidly growing clients.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and program agreed developments / modifications to system
• Liaise with Product Owners to ensure understanding of client’s requirements
• Testing of code and following efficient practices
• Ensuring standards and procedures are followed at all times
