JUNIOR QUALITY ENGINEER

* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support Quality team by performing regular quality inspections, audits, and documentation to ensure production processes meet internal standards and customer requirements.
• Support quality alerts and participate in root cause analysis.
• Create record for Poka-yoke frequently testing of items in control plan.
• Support concession processes for mass production products as assigned, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
• Collect, review, and maintain records to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Participate in quality reporting and documentation tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in quality support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures and schedules.
• Proficiency in data collection, verification, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments.
