Mô tả công việc

Digital Marketing

  • Identify industry trends, particularly in the bakery sector, and communicate insights to relevant end-user groups.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various markets, customer behavior, product preferences, sharing patterns, and market size.

Conversion Rate Optimization and Effectiveness Analysis

  • Regularly measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, benchmarking against predefined objectives and KPIs. Provide detailed performance analysis and campaign insights.

Design and Manage Social Media

  • Design content and images for websites, social media channels, and display marketing initiatives.
  • Design brand identity and communication materials (poster, banner, leaflet, invitation, standee, email template, popup, etc.), ensuring approved concepts are executed consistently with brand guidelines.
  • Design and optimize website UX/UI to deliver user-friendly experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Execute digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media.

Internal Communication

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to research and improve packaging, labeling, and develop new product designs.
  • Work with the event team to support photography, filming, and video production for communication purposes.
  • Supervise printing processes to ensure the quality and aesthetics of all printed materials.
  • Contribute to organizing company internal events by collaborating with the HR & Admin team.

Project Implementation

  • Implement relevant projects within the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
  • Responsible for reporting project status and results to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

·       Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within Marketing in the FMCG/Foods industry/ 

·       Experienced in designing POSM and brand identity systems.

·       Knowledge in Digital Marketing, Business, and Communications; prior experience in digital marketing or related fields is preferred.

·       Good understanding of marketing databases, email marketing, and social media marketing.

·       Excellent IT skills, proficient in MS Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

·       Creative content writing skills.

·       Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media platforms.

·       Proactive, adaptable, and strong follow-through skills.

·       Positive attitude, result-oriented, resourceful, and innovative.

·       Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.

·       PR and event organization experience.

·       Experience working in complex environments with the ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
