Get to know our Team:

Jakarta Partner Engagement Manager will work under a broader Jabodetabek region team which is responsible for P&L for Jabodetabek GrabCar vertical. The PE team will work closely with Community Team which directly manages Jabodetabek driver communities through offline events and online channels. On some projects, PE team will also work with other departments such as Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development and leaders of other Grab verticals such GrabBike, GrabFood and GrabExpress


Get to know the Role:
  • Increase driver retention and develop continuous driver engagement activities, both online and offline
  • increase engagement rate (e.g. participations, attendance, sentiment), Improve driver earnings and increase driver income

  • reduce driver costs and provide supplementary benefits

  • Improve cost efficiency: analyse driver behaviour and find ways to increase productivity while keeping subsidies at optimum level Come up with initiatives to improve driver service quality



The day-to-day activities:

  • Breakdown the initiatives into implementable operational processes and KPIs
  • Set PICs in the team for each operational process and KPI
  • Provide necessary support to the team to ensure they achieve KPIs on time
  • Report the progress of KPI achievement to the head of Jabodetabek region
  • Actively manage and give directions to team members on daily basis
  • Discuss with relevant stakeholders to align on key initiatives
  • Able to engage directly with drivers community
  • Understand key levers to improve P&L



The must haves:

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Minimum 5-6 years of primary experience in sales and partnership
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
  • Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
  • Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
  • Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
  • Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
  • Quantitative analysis
  • Sales force effectiveness projects
  • At least 5 years experience in Managerial field
