Kinh nghiệm:
Plan, assign, and control workforce for daily CFS warehouse operations.
Check manpower availability at the beginning of each shift and allocate staff to working lines based on FIFO and operational needs.
Coordinate with OPS Supervisor, Yard Controller, Data CS, Trucking, and related teams to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations.
Ensure maximum productivity, optimal number of working lines, and compliance with SOP and HSSE standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and support audits when required.
College/University degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and workforce planning.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office.
2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manpower planning is an advantage.
