[ITL Bình Dương] - Sealing Staff – CFS Warehouse

Follow outbound plans and support outbound release from Customs (CLR) to Warehouse/Trucking.

Coordinate with Drivers, Data CS, and Customs Officers to obtain customs seals in a timely manner.

Perform sealing activities correctly (container, seal number, photo-taking) and complete sealing reports.

Take, save, classify, and manage all inbound/outbound and sealing photos in accordance with requirements.

Ensure sealing is fully completed before releasing documents and allowing trucks/containers to exit the warehouse.

Comply strictly with SOPs and support daily operations to avoid service issues or delays.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth yard and outbound operations.

College or intermediate degree in a related field.

Basic knowledge of warehouse/CFS operations and layout.

Good planning, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and handle operational tasks accurately.

Proficient in MS Office.

1–2 years of experience in port operations, cargo control, dispatching, or logistics is an advantage.

Willing to work shifts and overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
