Role Summary

Lead the Data/Documentation team and manage assigned customers at the CFS warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth inbound/outbound operations, timely reporting, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound plans with customers, CFS Supervisor, trucking, and operations teams.

• Manage and control import–export, inventory data, and warehouse documentation.

• Prepare, check, and release required documents (VGM, container/seal numbers, warehouse records, reports).

• Handle customer communication, complaints, and service issues.

• Supervise, guide, and support team members; ensure KPI and SOP compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; good English communication.

• Strong knowledge of CFS warehouse operations and documentation.

• Leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented, able to work under pressure.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar team leader or senior documentation role.
