IT Executive (ID)

Get to know the Role: ​

• Provide 2nd level desktop, network and application support
• Effectively handle the company’s software and hardware equipment needs (Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues
• Develop procedures and checklists for future references
• Setup and installation of desktop
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking and peripheral issue
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Liaise with internal teams for a better resolution of problems and reducing knowledge gaps
• Ensure adherence to operating budget of Internal Operations Function
• Involve in new and existing projects

The must haves

• A diploma in IT/Computer Science

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT/Desktop support
• Basic troubleshooting techniques for resolving MS operating system issues
• An understanding of fundamental networking and internet technologies
• Familiar with cloud technologies
• The willingness to learn new technologies and systems quickly, and adapt to a very dynamic, fast-changing environment
