Get to know the Role:
He/She will be part of the Information System [IS] team, which focus to manage system and technology operation related to process and office management. The expansion of IS team is the key point of company success in operation process automation and bring excellence in service delivery to customer.
Main role is to bridge from system technology concept into operation functionality, in view of process automation and remote operation. Starting from understanding product specification and operation situation, as a base to build project implementation plan, coordinate to related functions, gather charter from the stakeholders, and execute the plan. He will also be responsible to stabilize the initial operation, and achieve the project objective, before hand it over to operation related team
The day-to-day activities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Coordinate roll-out of beta and production releases, Inspect projects for quality assurance
- Initiate project review meeting with all stakeholders and Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients
- Responsible for first initiation of project documentations such as RFP (Request for Proposal), Project Plan, and present it to Project Committee
- Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork
The must haves:
- Min Bachelor Degree , any degree. Preferably from technology information
- Proactive and good team player
- Able to work in fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good leadership skills
- Proficient with Ms. Office applications
- Good in English both written and verbal
- Have experience in IT project set up and implementation operation in mid to high scale
- Have ability to handle matrix team and coordination across functions
- Experience in rental company or logistic company
- Min 5 years of experiences in Information Technology operation or project
