Recruitment (60%):
Carry out end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling.
Coordinate with departments to understand hiring needs and propose recruitment plans.
Manage and update the candidate database regularly.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Prepare recruitment reports periodically (number of CVs, interview success rate, average time to hire, etc.).
Administration / Receptionist (40%):
Manage employee records and HR-related documents.
Manage office supplies and provide administrative support for all departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiar with basic design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
