Instructional Designer

Get to know the Role:

• Create a training video
• Design training material

The day-to-day activities:

• Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Working with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and identifying target audience’s training needs
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
• Provide exercise and activities that enhance the learning process
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, roleplays, games, etc)
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Clearly and concisely present ideas to stakeholder on learning item design and curriculum
• Make a concept and create video (shooting or animation) based on Training Need Analysis.
• Design poster or printed training material
• Being a part of team to evaluate video training material.
• Work with another parties (dept./partners/external) in preparing and development video content for training.
• Responsible to updates / do update the timeline and progress of project.

The must haves:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in relevant study (Design Komunikasi Visual, Videography, etc)
• Age max 26 years old
• Having 1 year experienced working in training dept area is a plus.
• Good attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, fun, energic, and creative.
• Enjoy challenging yourself to learn new ideas, concepts and topics.
• Can operate video recording equipment; camera, mic, etc
• Familiar with developing story board
• Can create a storyboard, designing, and developing a video.
• Familiar with audio and video software.

• Interest in online training area.
• Follow and understand video trend nowadays.
• Candidate must submit portfolio (softcopy or link video on social media)
