Get to know the Role:

Design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. In order to fast support the cascading of information within Customer Experience department

The day-to-day activities:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

• Working together with content developer in publishing visualisation for articles need to be update in CE Knowledge Base System

• Responsible in create and publish quizzes in  Learning Management System and keep track on the results

• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts

The must haves:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with relevant major of studies (Information
  Technology, Communication, Training and Development, Educational

• Well verse in creating online training material using the latest software (Adobe Captivate preferable)

• At least 1 years proven track record in creating Online Training Material using audio/video/animated visual

• 2 years relevant experience in training and development
