Get to know the Role:

Design and develop learning and practicing experiences for new hires, support and existing member of CE. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. In order to develop and improved the skills and competencies needed in CE

The day-to-day activities:

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances the skills and knowledge required for CE
  • State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Deliver training and workshops needed for all CE staff
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (slides, handouts, etc) and collaborate with the instructional designer should there any content in form of audio visual needed to develop in order to support the training
  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders
  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis on learners and contexts


The must haves:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) with relevant major of studies (Education, Communication, Training and Development, Educational Technology)
  • Well verse in creating slides and writing training material
  • At least 1 years proven track record in training/learning and development in customer service
  • 2 years relevant experience in training and development
