Infrastructure Manager

Position Summary

The position is responsible for planning, designing managing the IT Operation and Infrastructure in order to provide a high quality of technical services and ensuring efficient infrastructure management national wide for Hoan My business operations.

Reporting Line Reports to: Group IT Director, IT and Digital Services

Key Accountabilities

1. Able to design and review infrastructure design to deploy national wide for Hoan My Business.

2. Managing the Infrastructure and Operation unit of HMC of IT Services.

2. Closely collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams in different hospital all over Vietnam for strategic guidance and IT architectural support.

3. Evaluate third party provider’s performance as required to ensure IT service provision standards are maintained.

4. Plan the standard operating environments for all computing devices especially those deployed for the purposes of teaching and learning.

5. Plan and develop an infrastructure roadmap to ensure a high level of infrastructure using latest technologies.

6. Lead, manage and develop the IT Services Operations staff to ensure efficient and effective IT performance.

7. Define the yearly budget and ensure that the Infrastructure department operate under the budget allocated and approved.

10. Maintain currency of practice and understanding of industry trends and developments to support effective Hospital IT planning.

11. Ensure the Hospital IT services are able to respond to emerging client needs.

12. Take part in IT Project Management Office (PMO) and run different infrastructure projects to meet the goals and business requirements.  

13. Contribute to development of IT Strategy and Infrastructure plan for Hoan My.  

14. Any other duties as required by the Director of IT and Digital Service.
